Discussion regarding 2017 GCHD Operating Budget
Attached are the staff Performance Evaluation forms. There are three (3) different evaluations; one for supervisors to evaluate their staff, one for staff to evaluate their supervisors, and one for staff to conduct a self-evaluation.
