*The financial reports cannot be completed at this time. The City Auditor's Office has not yet completed month end for July, therefore the financial reports cannot be pulled to verify our information and add any expenses not paid directly by the health department. Once the month is ended by the Auditor's office, these reports will be completed.

All staff have signed the attached Confidentiality Agreement. It has been recommended that all Board of Health members also sign these due to the nature of their roles.
Please find attached the Comparison Document for the Main Operating Appropriations Bill (2016-2017); otherwise referred to as the Biennial Budget Bill or HB 64. Pages 457-486 focus on the Department of Health.
The Comparison Document provides brief descriptions and fiscal estimates of the provisions that make up the executive recommended version and subsequent versions of the biennial main operating budget bill of the 131st General Assembly, House Bill 64.
Items affected by the Governor's vetoes are noted by either the words "VETOED" or "PARTIALLY VETOED" in the item's subject line. Within the item description, vetoed components are contained within the bracketed text. However, fiscal entries for the vetoed or partially vetoed items do not reflect the effects of the vetoes.
If you have any questions regarding the effects of HB 64, please send them to Ms. Factor and she will address them at next months Board of Health meeting.
