COVID-19 Updates
Discussion regarding COVID-19 situation. Nothing additional.

Old Business
Minutes
After discussion, it was determined that an interim Director should be put in place. Sterling made a motion to appoint Andrea Barnes as interim and seconded by Wildenthaler. Motion passed. A $5000 annual bump in wages for the interim position divided by annual hours was rounded to $2.50 per hour for the time of her temporary position until a permanent Director is appointed.
