2014 Budget Planning

Dr. Novack proposed that the 2014 city budget be amended to increase Galion City Health Department annual salary from $241,000 to $286,000 to correct incorrect assumptions about current staffing as well as funding additional staffing in Environmental Health. Benefits will likewise be increased appropriately to $200,200 annually. With that correction, the 2014 Galion City Health Department annual salary will be a 5% reduction from the 2013 budget.
